| Lion
R. R. Bhaya, Vice-District Governor born on 15th August, 1944 at
Raghunathpur in the District of Purulia, Lion Bhaya had |
| his
school education at Raghunathpur and passed B. Com from Ranchi
University in 1965. A self made man, Lion Bhaya joined |
| the
service with Central Bank of India in 1962 and retired as Chief
Manager in 2001 under VRS. |

| He
joined the Lionism in 1976 as a member during formation of Lions
Club of Midnapure, the then District 322B. Right from |
| 1977-78,
he held several posts and became President of Lions Club of
Purulia during 198-82 a year still remembered for |
| reviving
the club with path breaking activities and was adjudged as Lion
of the year by his Club. |
